Mr. Sanjeev Katyal
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sanjeev Katyal, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. As former Senior Vice President at Indiabulls, he has a proven track record in driving financial discipline and operational integrity.
At Moneyplus, Mr. Katyal heads Finance and Accounts, overseeing statutory obligations like GST, TDS, and Income Tax, while managing audits, assessments, and regulatory communications. His expertise ensures strong governance frameworks and full compliance with RBI and other financial authorities, playing a key role in the group’s fiscal stability and transparency.
Ms. Payal Bansal
Company Secretary
Ms. Payal Bansal is a qualified Company Secretary with over 8 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and board management. She has effectively led secretarial functions, ensuring timely filings, statutory adherence, and seamless conduct of board and committee meetings.
At Moneyplus, Ms. Bansal plays a key role in aligning governance practices with evolving legal frameworks. Her expertise spans company law, securities regulation, and corporate policy, backed by precision in documentation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination. She works closely with senior leadership to uphold transparency and regulatory discipline, contributing significantly to the company’s compliance culture.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mangal
Zonal Business Head - Rajasthan
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mangal leads the Rajasthan zone at Moneyplus, managing both sales and collections across the region. With over a decade of experience in finance, portfolio management, and operations, he brings sharp execution skills and deep market understanding to the table.
Prior to joining Moneyplus, he served as Regional Head at IFL Housing Finance, where he played a key role in growing the secured MSME lending portfolio in Rajasthan.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and an MBA from JNU, and remains focused on delivering impactful credit solutions to underserved entrepreneurs.
Mr. Aqueel
Zonal Business Head - Gujarat
Mr. Aqueel is the Zonal Business Head for Gujarat at Moneyplus, bringing over 25 years of rich experience across leading banks and NBFCs including BOB, DCB Bank, Axis Finance, ICICI Bank, Muthoot Finance, and HDB Financial Services.
Prior to joining Moneyplus in March 2025, he served as Cluster Head at HDB Financial Services, where his leadership in branch expansion, product development, and business growth earned him multiple awards as Best Cluster Head.
A Commerce graduate and CAIIB-certified professional, Mr. Aqueel combines deep industry expertise with a proven track record in driving performance, positioning him as a key contributor to Moneyplus’s growth in Gujarat.
Mr. Naveen Gupta
General Manager - Finance
Mr. Naveen Gupta is a seasoned finance professional and Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in corporate finance, internal audit, resource mobilization, and compliance. Known for his strong command over financial systems and governance frameworks, he has played a key role in strengthening fiscal discipline and building transparent reporting structures.
At Moneyplus, Mr. Gupta oversees financial planning, regulatory compliance, and external stakeholder management. His expertise ensures that the company maintains high standards of accuracy, accountability, and strategic financial oversight—supporting sustainable growth and investor confidence.
Mr. Nitin Saxena
Asst. General Manager - Collections
Mr. Nitin Saxena, Zonal Head – Collections at Moneyplus, brings over 17 years of experience in the BFSI sector across leading institutions like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, RBL Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and AU Small Finance Bank.
Prior to joining Moneyplus, he served as Area Resolution Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, overseeing retail collections across multiple states.
With a strong academic background in Science and an MBA from SMU University, Mr. Saxena leverages his expertise in collections strategy and operational leadership to drive efficiency and strengthen Moneyplus’s performance.

Manager - HR
An MBA graduate in Human Resources with a wealth of expertise in HR management and recruitment, honed through extensive experience in the dynamic banking and NBFC sectors. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development, he excels in fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
